Effective date: July 16, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the text (SMS) messaging program offered by First Choice Insurance Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Our text messaging program is used only for transactional and customer-service communications related to insurance we provide or quote for you. Messages fall into two categories:

Quote follow-up: If you have requested a quote from us, we may text you to follow up on paperwork, gather information needed to complete your quote, and answer related questions. We do not send promotional or solicitation texts.

Policy servicing: If you are an existing client, we may text you to service your policies, request policy updates, and process renewals — including periodic check-ins related to your coverage.

How you opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages — for example, by checking the consent box on our quote or contact form, or by giving us your mobile number and consent directly. We only text individuals who have requested a quote or are existing clients; we do not send messages to anyone who has not consented.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your quote or policies. For existing clients, this is typically limited to policy servicing needs and a small number of check-ins each year.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge you for the messages themselves.

Opting out

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again. You may continue to receive communications from us by phone, email, or mail as needed to service your account.

Help

For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at 866-395-9549 or [email protected].

Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission of your mobile carrier and other factors outside our control.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
